This policy sets out our commitment to fair treatment for everyone who takes part in our activities, volunteers with us or works alongside us, and reflects our duties under the Equality Act 2010.

As a SEND-focused organisation, inclusion is central to everything we do. Children, young people and adults with additional needs are met with understanding, patience, dignity and respect. We plan our activities with sensory needs, communication differences and accessibility in mind, and we listen to families about what will work best for them.
